A critical element of CDIB Capital’s strategy is to co-invest in private equity transactions led by its GP partners and other top-tier private equity investors around the world.
We typically invest at least US$10 million to US$50 million in buyout and growth equity co-investments led by top GP sponsors. Our extensive direct investment experience and responsive team enable us to work efficiently with sponsors to conduct due diligence and make informed investment decisions under tight time constraints. In addition to our capital, we seek to offer our portfolio companies and co-investors meaningful value-add by leveraging upon CDIB Capital’s ties to the broader CDFH group and its vast array of relationships and resources across the Asian markets.
