CDIB Capital’s direct investment philosophy is to target opportunities with a long-term view towards capital appreciation and where the Firm's access to customers, suppliers, distribution channels, and capital markets throughout Asia can provide meaningful leverage to already strong underlying business fundamentals.
We seek to invest in promising companies with large addressable markets, defensible cash flow characteristics, and proven management teams focused on profitable, sustainable growth. Our typical private equity investments range between US$10 million and US$75 million. We participate in middle-market buyouts, recapitalizations, corporate divestitures, growth equity investments, and mid-to-late stage venture capital transactions. We may also opportunistically consider earlier stage deals that have a compelling strategic fit with the Firm's core verticals and offer highly attractive growth prospects.
