HY Kim

HY is Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of CDIB Capital’s Korean operations. Prior to CDIB Capital, HY was Director of Direct Investment at PAMA Group Inc., a leading private equity fund managing aggregate US$1.3 billion focusing on buyouts and expansion capital transactions in Asia. Previous to PAMA, he was a Director at Asian Capital Partners Group as well as Citicorp, responsible for the origination and execution of investments, capital markets, corporate advisory and M&A transactions in Asia. HY sits on the boards of ARD Corp. and Itembay Co.

HY holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Political Science & International Relations from Yonsei University.

Min Kim

Min is a Senior Vice President at CDIB Capital’s Seoul office. Prior to CDIB Capital, Min served as an Investment Manager at KTB Network, a Korean private equity and venture capital firm managing aggregate funds of US$1.7 billion. At KTB, Min worked on closing twelve growth equity transactions and monitoring eighteen investee companies. He sits on the board of WeMade Entertainment Co.

Min holds an MBA from the Columbia Business School with a concentration in Finance and Economics and a BS in Materials Science from Yonsei University.

Jisun Park

Jisun is an Associate at CDIB Capital’s Seoul office where she focuses on evaluating investment opportunities and assisting in post-investment management. Prior to joining CDIB Capital, Jisun worked as an Analyst at ARA Investors focusing on real estate investments and asset management in Korea.

Jisun holds a BA from Kyunggi University College of Liberal Arts.

ByungIn Yun

ByungIn is an Associate at CDIB Capital’s Seoul office. Prior to CDIB Capital, he served as an investment officer at STIC Investments, a Korean PE/VC firm managing aggregate funds of USD1.7 billion. At STIC, he evaluated various investments in diverse sectors including IT, machinery, games and healthcare. Prior to STIC Investments, he worked the Research division of CLSA covering various industry sectors including auto, steel and utilities.

ByungIn holds a BA degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Ji-Hyun Lee

Ji-Hyun is an AVP Finance and Administration in CDIB Capital’s Seoul office. She is responsible for the office’s finance, operations and administration. Prior to joining CDIB Capital, Ji-Hyun served as a Finance Manager at BMW Financial Services Korea, where she was responsible for overall accounting and credit control. Prior to that, she worked as an accountant at Morgan Stanley.

Ji-Hyun holds a BS in Accounting from Duksung Women’s University with a B.S. in Accounting. She is also a qualified accountant of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
