CDIB Capital Invests In Leading Cosmetic ODM/OEM Company in South Korea

CDIB Capital is pleased to announce that it has closed on an investment in E.CIS Cosmetic Co., Ltd. (“ECIS”), a Korean cosmetic ODM/OEM manufacturer, specializing in the production of premium facial masks and other skin and hair care products.

Founded in 2007, ECIS is a leading ODM/OEM cosmetic manufacturer with core competencies in the development and production of premium skincare products, specializing in premium facial masks. With full in-house R&D capabilities and large-volume automated production capacity, ECIS is a leading supplier to its brand partners and stands to benefit from the rising popularity of South Korean skincare brands and increased demand for fast “K-Beauty” products in Asia and globally.
